Our Story
Founded by architect and project manager Jess O’Hagan, the studio is built on over two decades of experience delivering thoughtful, client-focused architecture across residential and education sectors. Jess brings a collaborative and creative approach, believing that the success of every project begins with a clear brief. Her open collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors, from concept to completion, ensures each project gets the best possible start and achieves the best possible outcome.

Having spent many years with a design-led architectural practice in London, Jess later moved client-side, leading complex, multi-stakeholder higher education projects alongside award-winning design teams. This experience has shaped her ability to balance creativity with practicality, and vision with execution.

Jess also has a passion for heritage buildings. In restoring her own listed cottage, she learned traditional artisan trades such as lime pointing and plastering; skills she now brings to heritage and conservation work with great care and authenticity.

Whether designing a family home or reimagining a historic building, Jess focuses on what truly matters: how we live in our spaces, what makes them feel like home, and building lasting relationships with her clients.
